We’re delighted to share that our team has successfully completed four days of Safe Crisis Management training in Hillington this week and we’re pleased to say that everyone passed!
The training provided our team with valuable knowledge, practical skills and confidence to support the people we care for safely and effectively during challenging situations.
It was a fantastic opportunity for the whole team to learn together, refresh our knowledge and further strengthen the skills we use in our day-to-day roles. We’re proud of everyone’s hard work, commitment and enthusiasm throughout the four days.
A huge thank you to our trainers, Chris Docherty and Debbie Robertson, for delivering such an engaging and informative course and for supporting the team throughout the training.
