Our Services

Residential Care

Our homes are homely, nurturing and well-maintained, designed to reflect ordinary domestic living. They are intentionally indistinguishable from neighbouring properties and are located within communities with strong access to local amenities and transport.

Dedicated Care
& Support

Our team of highly experienced professionals delivers the care and support young people need. They are the familiar, friendly faces that greet the young people each day, offering a listening ear and a helping hand. Providing practical and emotional support, staff build positive, trusting relationships with young people. Dedicated key workers also bring a continuity of care.

FAQ’s for
Residential Care

01 Does the fee cover everything?

The fee covers the full care and support package that we offer based on a 1-2 staffing ratio. The only additional cost will be for an increased staffing ratio e.g. 1-1 support.

Our staffing ratio is one member of staff to every two young people (1-2), however we have flexibility to increase this to meet any additional support needs.

Yes, approved visitors are more than welcome to visit and we will do our best to accommodate everyone. Visits must be arranged in advance with the key team and marked in the house diary. We may need to place a limit on the duration of the visit if we have several visits arranged on the same day.
